I am Dr. Nauman Razzaq. I received my B.E. degree with honors in Electrical Engineering from the College of EME, Islamabad, Pakistan, in 1995. I obtained my M.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from UET, Peshawar, Pakistan, in 2004, and completed my Ph.D. in Biomedical (Electrical) Engineering from the College of E&ME, NUST, Islamabad, Pakistan, in 2017.My field of specialization is Biomedical Engineering, with a focus on Cardiac Signal Processing. I have extensive professional experience as a Biomedical Engineer, having served at the Armed Forces Institute of Cardiology / National Institute of Heart Diseases, Pakistan. I hold the position of Associate Professor and serve as the Head of the Electrical Engineering Department at the National University of Technology (NUTECH), Islamabad, Pakistan. I am also a lifetime member of the Pakistan Engineering Council.

My research lies at the intersection of advanced signal processing and intelligent control systems, with a strong emphasis on real-world applications in energy, healthcare, and automation. Drawing from Cardiac Signal Processing and Intra cardiac Signals, I explore novel techniques for analyzing and interpreting complex biomedical data, supporting the development of smarter diagnostic and monitoring tools. Through Digital Signal Processing, I design robust algorithms that enhance data reliability across various domains.
