The mission of NUTECH Skills Development Department (NSDD) is to develop the capacity of Pakistani Youth in vocational and technical training fields in order to maximize their hands-on practical skills and knowledge.
To develop a dynamic, competency-based TVET system that enhances youth employability by bridging the gap between industry needs and academic learning, fostering socio-economic development in Pakistan.
Skills education bridges the gap between basic functioning and capabilities. It strengthens the ability of an individual to meet the needs and demands of the present society and helps in dealing with the above issues in a manner to get desired behavior practical. Life skills have been defined by the World Health Organization (WHO) as “abilities for adaptive and positive behavior that enable individuals to deal effectively with the demands and challenges of everyday life”.
